Selection Process:
Applications received will be scrutinized according to the financial institution's rules, and a selection list will be prepared. Shortlisted candidates will be notified of the interview date, time, and venue through a notice posted on the notice board of the corporate office. Candidates applying for the positions of Supervisor Trainee and Assistant Trainee will be required to participate in a field concept workshop. Only candidates who have completed the workshop will be eligible for the interview. Successful candidates will be appointed on a probationary basis for the positions of Supervisor, Senior Assistant, Assistant, and Junior Assistant. Candidates selected for the positions of Supervisor Trainee and Assistant Trainee will undergo training. Following successful completion of the training, they will be appointed on a probationary basis. Permanent appointments will be offered based on the satisfactory performance of the probationary employees during the trial period.
