1. Executive Power is vested in Council of Ministers,
2. Council of Minister is constituted under chairmanship of Prime Minister,
3. Council of Ministers consist 25 ministers including Prime Minister,
4. Prime Minister can remove any minister and appoint new minister,
5. Ministers individually responsible to the Prime Minister,
6. The Prime Minister and Ministers are collectively responsible to the Federal Parliament,
7. The leader of a parliamentary party who command majority in the House of Representatives is elected as Prime Minister,
8. Prime Minister is appointed by the President,
9. The tenure of Prime Minister and Ministers are not fixed for certain period of time,
10. Non-member of Federal Parliament can become minister if Prime Minister appoint such person as minister,
11. Such person as minister has to obtain membership of Federal Parliament,
12. If failed to obtain membership then the post of Minister is dismissed,
13. Person who has defeated in election of House of Representatives is not qualified for obtaining membership of House of Representatives and appointing as Minister.
